KLONK Lightweight Planner
The Lightweight Planner is a project planning and tracking tool for eXtreme Programming teams. In the eXtreme Programming planning process, also called Scrum. The customers pick the features to be added (user stories) to each development iteration (typically, one to three weeks in duration). The developers estimate the effort to complete the stories at the story level. A release defines a customer release and consists of one to many iterations in each project. The Incarnation defines the construction of the development or the customer organization. The Lightweight Planner was created to support this process and addresses issues experienced in real-life eXtreme Programming projects.

You! choose the database system you want to use as storage device.
You just have to set the connection string in the configuration file, the database structure is created on the first connect. The default database setup for the windows Lightweight Planner, is a simple xml file for local use.

KLONK uses the Lightweight Planner to manage the development of the Lightweight Planner. The Lightweight Planner is brought forward from project to project in K:L:O:N:K customer projects when possible. The installation and user descriptions are under construction. The downloaded version of the KLONK Lightweight Planner is currently a free version for non commercial use.
